OCTOBER 2006 FESTIVAL

The Autumn in Malvern Festival is a renowned series of artistic events held annually in the surroundings of the glorious Malvern hills. Some of the most prestigious musicians, poets, writers, film makers and other artists perform during October every year.

PROGRAMME OF EVENTS
The full festival programme has now been announced by the Artistic Director. This year's programme will include:
  • The Royal Northern College of Music String Orchestra, conducted by Malcolm Layfield.
  • Aldwyn Voices & Aldwyn Chamber Ensemble.
  • The world famous St. Petersberg String Quartet on tour from Russia.
  • A celebrity organ recital by Carlo Curley.
  • An English song recital with Nathan Vale and Paul Plummer.
  • And many other events with Clare Morrall, Linda Hart, Max Egremont & Rowena Edlin-White.
